Tim is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with extensive experience helping business owners achieve financial clarity and optimize their tax and accounting strategies. Before founding XoCount, Tim worked across a variety of industries, guiding clients through complex financial situations to maximize savings, streamline operations, and establish effective accounting controls. Today, he takes a hands-on approach, ensuring clients fully understand the practical applications of their financial data. As a Fractional CFO, Tim also partners with clients to develop strategic financial plans that drive business growth.
When not advising clients, Tim enjoys music production and is an avid guitarist, reflecting his creative approach to problem-solving.
Ari
Ari is an Enrolled Agent and cofounder of XoCount, specializing in working with personal service companies, particularly mental health therapists. Ari excels at simplifying complex financial situations, often stepping in to bring order and structure to businesses—whether it's fixing disorganized bookkeeping, creating a financial schedule, or alleviating the stress of managing taxes. With a strong focus on implementation, Ari helps clients get their financials in order, enabling them to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Ari enjoys creating custom tea blends, bringing a touch of creativity and calm to every day.

Ann’s personal mission at XoCount is to show people how to feel confident and comfortable with their finances. After graduating from the University of Utah Business School, she has spent the last few years as a SCORE mentor providing business management, strategy, and financial mentorship to local businesses and individuals within Utah. Today, she continues to believe that every small business deserves access to resources to grow and prosper.

Eric
Eric is a father of one who has considerable experience in the construction and electrical fields. As cofounder of XoCount, he is currently focusing his efforts in the financial industry. His goals in life are to be independently wealthy and spend as much time with his family as possible. Some of his favorite things are pho, football, investing, and cars.
